If you receive a damaged product, please notify us within 7 days so we can investigate. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team, and a credit or replacement will be issued as appropriate. Replacements will only be provided for defective items. Westpark Psychedelic Shop reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.
Credits issued will expire after ninety (90) days and will be provided as a coupon code. Each coupon code can only be used once; if the full credit is not utilized, the remaining balance will be void, and we will not be able to reissue a new coupon code.
All packages are shipped using a traceable and secure method. In the rare event that a package goes missing or is damaged, we will take steps to resolve the issue, including investigating with the shipping courier and providing a replacement, credit, or refund as necessary.
If a customer is dissatisfied with an order, we may allow returns. For defective products or incorrect orders, we will cover the return shipping costs. If dissatisfaction arises for reasons other than defects, we may offer a refund, but the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
In the rare case that an item is out of stock or missing before shipment, we will contact you to make necessary changes to your order for up to 3 days. If we cannot reach you, we will select a replacement product that closely matches your original choice. No refund or credit will be issued for any replacement items chosen without your confirmation.
Westpark Psychedelic Shop will always ship to the address provided during checkout. Incorrect addresses may lead to shipping delays and additional fees. We reserve the right to charge for reshipping packages due to any address errors.
