Refund Policy
Westpark Psychedelic Shop takes product quality and customer safety very seriously. We have rigorous product testing standards to ensure that you receive the highest quality products possible. In the rare event that you receive a product that does not meet your expectations, we encourage you to contact our support team for assistance. Our management team will review each refund request individually to determine the best resolution. If a refund is warranted, we will work with you to find a solution. Westpark Psychedelic Shop also reserves the right to charge a processing fee for refunds.
All customer concerns and refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of your order’s delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds for orders after this period.
If you receive a defective product, please inform us within 7 days so we can investigate. Each complaint will be reviewed by our management team, and a credit or replacement will be issued when appropriate. Replacements will only be sent for defective items. Westpark Psychedelic Shop reserves the right to determine the appropriate compensation (credit or replacement) on a case-by-case basis.
If a customer is unhappy with their order, we may allow returns. In cases of defective products or incorrect orders, we will cover the return shipping costs. However, if the dissatisfaction is for reasons other than a defective product, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs.
Refunds are subject to approval by our management team. If multiple quantities of the same item are purchased, we can only issue refunds for unopened items. If an item is opened and found unsatisfactory, please do not open the remaining items and contact customer service immediately. Defective products will be assessed by our management team on a case-by-case basis. Please note that finding seeds in cannabis products is normal and will not be considered a defect unless determined otherwise by our management team.
In the rare event that an item is out of stock or missing from your order before shipment, we will contact you to make necessary changes. We will attempt to reach you for up to 3 hours. After this period, we will select a replacement product that closely matches your original choice. If we cannot make contact, no refund or credit will be issued for the replacement items.
Our support or management team may request additional evidence to aid in investigating your ticket, which may include photos, videos, or other information. If this information is not provided or is refus,ed, we reserve the right to deny a refund, store credit, or return of any product.
Payment Policy
When placing an order with Westpark Psychedelic Shop, payment should be received within 12 hours via one of our accepted payment methods. Orders that remain unpaid after 12 hours will be automatically canceled. Canceled orders cannot be reprocessed. If payment comes in after an order is canceled, the order will stay canceled, and store credit will be issued. Refunds will not be provided for late payments. Repeated failures to pay for an order may result in a permanent ban from our website and services. Bans will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Westpark Psychedelic Shop management team.
